Pants

It is a black pair of cropped pants that has two pockets in the front, a zipper fly with a button above it and belt loops. Parts of the waistband are elastic. There are slits off the side seams on the bottom of the garment. The bottom of the pant legs have white embroidery: Eiffel Tower, bench, tree, word "Paris, Moulin Rouge."

• Waist flat is about 19 1/2" - 21 1/2", double for all the" way around
• Waist to the crotch is about 13 1/2"
• Crotch to the bottom is about 22 1/4"
