You are looking at my Quantum QF15 cable used to link Contax and Yashica cameras TTL to the Quantum Q-Flash system. 

I have owned this from new and it is in excellent working condition

For Contax RTS II, RTS III, MD137, MA137, 139, 159MM, 167MT, G1 and G2 cameras.

Although the documents do not mention it, I have used it with the Contax 645 camera for 7 years with no problem! TTL
