The service we are offering is as follows, you send your crankshaft to us, we rebuild it to the highest possible standard, then it is then carefully packed and sent directly back to you. It's as simple as that!

Turnaround time is roughly 10 days, or we can prioritise if you require an emergency rebuild done quicker for a slightly extra fee.

  • What do we do?

    • Your crankshaft will be re-conditioned using the highest quality conrods available.

    • Your crank will also be balanced to it's original manufacturer's specification (we usually balance them even more accurately, meaning less vibration and prolonged crank life).

    Returns:

    We are more than happy to accept returns. The item must be returned in it's original (new & resell-able) condition with all packaging (box, packet etc.) intact. DO NOT PUT PACKAGING TAPE ON THE PRODUCT PACKAGING. THIS WILL INCUR A 40% RESTOCKING FEE.

    For exchanges, the buyer must cover postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. 2nd class postage is £4.00 or 1st class £5.50

    If you would like to return your item please follow the following steps:
    (1) Contact us via eBay messages to let us know you would like to return your item - If opening a returns case, this must be closed before we send replacements.
    (2) Make a note inside of the package with your username & reason for return (refund or exchange).
    (3) Send back via the Post office or reputable courier. If returning due to item fault or packaging error, a link to a returns label can be supplied at our expense. Please make sure the item is sent back via a tracked service as we cannot refund for items lost in transit.   
    (4) As soon as we receive the item back we will process it within 48 hours. Refunds will be completed once the return has been processed. Any returns due to buyer error are minus postage costs plus 7% restocking fee. If our postage costs are free, you will be charged the standard amount for 2nd class £4.00 or 1st class £5.50. Exchanges will be shipped within 2 working days after the return has been processed.
    (5) Please note if you are returning for a different size or year, then there will be a £4.00 (2nd class) delivery fee payable to the paypal address you sent the original money too. Or alternatively you can include the money with the return (MUST BE SENT GUARANTEED R.M or via reputable courier.
