You are bidding on the Micomsoft XMD-3 for the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive Video Game platform.  This unit takes the system's native RGB/sync signal from the stock AV connector and converts it into an S-Video signal for a cleaner image.  There is also an RGB/Sync bypass (via 8 Pin DIN) and a 15-pin DB connector for use on the FM Towns platform.

Please note, the XMD-3 is compatible with the Sega Genesis II, Sega Genesis III, Sega CDX, Sega Nomad, Mega Drive 2, Mega Drive 3 & Multi-Mega Consoles as it uses the 9-Pin Mini-Din connector interface (see included picture).  The Sega Genesis 1 and Mega Drive 1 consoles use the larger, 8 Pin connector which is NOT compatible with this unit.
