Returns

·       All requests to return an item must be within 7 days of the delivery date. Please message us with your claim to return and we will advise you if the return is accepted.

·       If a return is accepted, you must organise and pay for the return postage costs.

·       "Special order" (non-stocked) items cannot be cancelled or returned.

·       We do not offer change of mind returns. If you do not know the part you require, please contact us with your model number.

·       The buyer has 48 hours from the date of delivery to notify us and provide photos if a part is deemed as faulty or damaged.

Liability

·       We will not be liable if there are incidental or consequential damages and/or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, loss of income, profits, economic or commercial loss and third-party claims.

Warranty

·       All parts come with 3 months warranty.

*ALL ELECTRICAL PARTS MUST BE INSTALLED BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN.
