Funky Labels is a family-run business located in Norton Fitzwarren, on the outskirts of Taunton in Somerset. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality customised name labels and personalised products to meet your needs.

We make personalised labels for all life stages. Whether you are looking for nursery labels, school labels, or you want to ensure your belongings are easy to identify in a care home, we have got you covered.

All labels, stickers, and personalised gifts are printed onsite in our purpose-built workshop by our hardworking team. In addition to our team, Maisie and Mabel, the family dogs, are core members of our business and come to work bright and eager every morning to assist us in creating your labels and, more importantly, boosting staff morale with lots of cuddles throughout the day.

With over 10 years of printing experience, we have gained invaluable knowledge and expertise. This allows us to provide stick-on and iron-on labels made to the highest standards.

We offer a large range of personalised products. The core of our business is printing customised iron-on and stick-on name labels. We use state-of-the-art printers and top-quality materials to ensure all labels are made to the highest standards. We produce everything from simple and traditional labels to colourful, eye-catching, and funky designs. Our Funky labels have undergone rigorous testing, so we can promise you that your labels will not come off.

We have expanded from printing labels to producing many other personalised products, such as water bottles, kit bags, book bags, and much more.

We also have a huge range of personalised gifts for all the family. So, whether its your little one going off to school for the first time or your mum celebrating her birthday in style, we've got something for everyone.

We pride ourselves on using environmentally friendly packaging as we know how important it is for businesses to play their part in saving the environment. In addition to this, we do our best to minimise waste, and we encourage you to join us.

We are also proud to have recently launched Taunton Workwear, a  supplier of high-quality work clothing and accessories. This partnership allows us to offer a wider range of products to our customers, including customised workwear that meets the same high standards of quality and durability as our labels and personalised gifts. All payments are processed through eBay. Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.

This gives you as the buyer, greater protection.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept payments over the phone.

Free Delivery

All mainland UK orders are available with free postage. All label orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 48. If your order is time-dependent, please upgrade to our subsidised courier (expedited) options.

Expedited Delivery

We offer a next day delivery service with DHL. Orders are delivered the next working day after we have dispatched your order. Please order before. The timescales for delivery are anticipated delivery dates once the item has been dispatched. 

Please note, that items dispatched on a Friday will be delivered on Monday. All orders placed over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Can I have more than One Name per Order?

We are sorry we cannot split orders. We only accept one name per order. We would suggest requesting a surname only if you wish to use the labels and cut down on costs.

Iron on Labels FAQs

How do I apply these labels?

These are iron on labels and can be applied with a regular household iron. Please see our how to apply section. Instructions on how to apply are sent with every order.

What can I use these labels for?

You can use the iron on name labels to name a variety of products including socks, shirts, underwear, jumpers, sweatshirts, polo shirts, blazers, trousers, skirts, hats, gloves, towels.

My labels won't stick or are lifting?

Please ensure there is no water residue left in your iron and your iron is set at the correct temperature. Apply a little more pressure and leave the pressure for an extra couple of seconds. Please ensure the iron on label, sinks into the weave of the garment. These will not adhere to teflon coated materials.

How to apply

1. Peel the label from the backing paper and stick to the smooth care label. This is usually found on the seem of the clothes and usually has instructions on how to wash your clothes with laundry symbols.

2. Apply pressure to the label with your thumb, ensuring the label is stuck down and adheres to the clothing label.

3. Do not stick direct to clothes, they will fall off after a few washes.

4. Tumble dry on a low heat. Do not iron directly over the label.

Do not be tempted to peel the label when wet as this will affect the continued adhesion of your labels.

Do not apply to any label or tag that is not completely smooth.

What can I use these labels for?

Not only can you label clothes, but these are dishwasher-proof. An ideal way to name water bottles, lunch boxes etc.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. All orders are made to order and are personalised exactly as the order states. Please ensure you double check the details entered in the notes section prior to checkout.

As the items are personalised to order, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We understand errors happen, if you notice you have made an error with your order, please ensure you contact us prior to dispatch. Once an item has been printed, the order cannot be changed. 

All our orders are processed by humans! We have many systems in place to prevent orders from going out incorrectly. However, if we make a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your order and we will endeavor to dispatch again within 24 hours.
