Your heat resistant ceramic stove glass will be precision cut to size and will usually be dispatched from our County Down Irish warehouse or our Holmes Chapel, Cheshire warehouse within three to five working days of receiving your order so you'll never be without your beloved log burner for very long.

All of our heat resistant ceramic glass is 4mm thick and is made by Schott Robax which is widely regarded as the industry standard glass for British and Irish made stoves and is more than likely exactly the same as the original glass used on your stove. Ordering your replacement glass from Stove Spare Glass couldn't be easier. Even if you can't find the make and model of your stove in our listings we can still help you. We can use your measurements or your card template to custom cut virtually any size of stove glass whether it's arched or angled. We may even be able to identify your stove from a photograph â even if it's obsolete. Each piece of stove glass is individually cut to size and finished for you and is usually dispatched within three to five  working days of you placing your order so that your stove will be back up and running in next to no time. Glass which has been cut specifically to the measurements a customer has provided to Stove Spare Glass is non-returnable and non-refundable.

NB Never use your stove with cracked or missing glass and always dispose of your old stove glass responsibly (it is not recyclable). Never use ordinary window glass even on a temporary basis as, unlike your original ceramic glass, the fire chamber temperatures will quickly make it expand and crack.

Stove Spare Glass delivery information for UK and Ireland

You will receive an email notification and invoice from us when you have placed your online order. Please check this carefully and immediately advise us by email of any errors or omissions. We aim to have your custom cut stove glass dispatched within three to five working days of receipt of your order. If it is likely to take longer than this we will advise you by email. Orders sent to us at the weekend will be processed the next working day. Please do not sign for acceptance of the goods until you are entirely satisfied that they have not been damaged in transit. Please note: Our busiest time is just before Christmas and whilst we will always try to do our very best to fulfil your order in the run up to the big holiday, the country's courier services can be stretched and therefore somewhat erratic. Courier pick-ups for our delivery service will have a cut off point a few working days before Christmas Eve, therefore to avoid disappointment during the festive period please order your replacement stove glass as soon as possible.

            

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canât offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include custom cut glass and custom cut bricks.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you havenât received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If youâve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via eBay messages.

Exchanges (if applicable)
