It has a VIVID Turquoise background with Yellowish Lime Green. Embroidered Eiffel Towers. It zips up the back has a button closure and has a 2 front pockets.

The lightweight fabric content is a 97% Cotton & 3% Spandex so there is a little stretch. It has the same color Turquoise shorts underneath that are a jersey knit polyester fabric. 

It is approx 30" across the waist, it is 18.5" in length and approx 39" across at hip

Retailed for $78. I never wore it because I gained weight and rebought it in a bigger size.
