We ship all orders on the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) if checkout and payment is completed before 2:00pm.

Your order will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Parcelforce express24. For most of mainland UK your parcel will be delivered on the next business day after it is dispatched, but for the Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Northern Ireland it may take a day or two longer.

All orders are carefully and securely packed to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition.

We want you to be happy with your purchases from us, so you can return anything within 60 days of the date of delivery. All we require is that returned goods are received by us unused, complete, and in undamaged condition together with any gifts or promotional items.

If the goods are not defective, or wrongly delivered by us, they must be returned at your cost.

When returning goods please ensure that the goods are properly packaged, insured, and that you obtain and retain proof of despatch. We recommend that you use a delivery method that requires a signature. Risk of damage to, or loss of, goods being returned shall only pass to us at the time of delivery to us.

Refunds will be made within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods. We do NOT deduct any charges for re-stocking, or for the initial delivery if you are within the UK.
