Returns are accepted within 30 working days of delivery for any reason .
Notify us within the 30 day period through Ebay.
Include your name, user ID, order number or sales record number. This will help us resolve your issue quickly but if you don't help us with these details it may delay or prevent your refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure items returned are well packed. Refunds or replacements will only be given if the items get back to us in a saleable condition (undamaged).
It is a good idea to use a 'Signed for' or recorded delivery service for returns because if it gets lost in the post we wont be able to refund you.
We will issue a refund for the goods but it may take a few days to process.
All body piercing Jewellery and Earrings: Hygiene: These are sent individually packed in sealed clear poly bags. If you have opened a bag then you will not be entitled to a full refund or a replacement for the returned item so take care to check all items before you open the clear bag. Of course, if we are at fault or if the jewellery is defective then we will refund you in full or replace the item. Just get in touch.
