Thuraya PREPAY Plan SIM provides flat calling rates throughout the Thuraya satellite coverage in Africa, Asia, Europe and Australia.

IMPORTANT! Thuraya satellite service is NOT available in North & South America. Consider Iridium phones instead.

Thuraya PREPAY Plan comes with:

• $10 of preloaded airtime (valid only for 30 days after first call)
• 1 year of account validity
• Activated services: Thuraya voice, messaging, GmPRS data, voicemail

Calling Rates:

• All calls are charged at 60 second increments, GmPRS - at 100-Kb data blocks.

Account Validity & Balance Rules:

• The Thuraya PREPAY Plan has an initial validity of one (1) year from the first call.
• Annual Renewal Fee: $39
• The initial prepaid balance of $10 will be valid only for the first 30 days after the first call made with your new Thuraya account.
• If the account balance falls below $39 at the renewal time, the account will enter the 365-day grace period.
• During the grace period inbound calls will still be possible, however, outbound calls will NOT be allowed.
• Within the first 90 days of the grace period, any expired prepaid balance can be restored by recharging the account with airtime vouchers.
• If the account is NOT recharged within the 365-day grace period, the account will be permanently deactivated.
• To reactivate the same SIM-card, a reactivation fee equal to the price of a new plan will have to be paid.

Destination Bands

• Most world countries and territories fall in Band 1 destinations.
• The countries, territories and other satellite systems mentioned below correspond to Band 2 and Catch-All destinations. Calling to those destinations will result in a significantly higher calling rate and faster depletion of your Thuraya prepaid balance.

Returns

• Only brand new, unused product will be accepted for return
• Activated SIM-card CANNOT be returned or refunded.
• Returns can be requested within 30 days after purchase
• Shipping costs (both outbound and inbound) will not be reimbursed or refunded
• 15% restocking fee will apply
