Delivery & Returns

All items are delivered via Royal Mail 48 depending on the item and service selected at checkout, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days. With every order placed between Monday to Friday before 2pm, guarantees same day dispatch. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday are dispatched the following Monday. All orders dispatched will possess a tracking number. If for some reason you have not received your product within 7 working days then please contact us, so we can investigate further. For urgent orders, a special delivery option is also available at the order checkout.

International Shipping: All international shipments will be sent via Royal Mail 'International Signed For' or 'Airmail' service depending on location. This method carries a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. If you would like the tracking number then please do not hesitate to contact us.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with any of our product(s), we offer a full 'no quibble' refund or exchange policy. The Item must be sent back within 14 days. The goods need to be unopened and with all their original packaging. We will refund payment received using the same method used to purchase. Please retain the proof of postage when returning your item.
