Processor / CPU: To begin, the processor is a Northwood-core flavor of a Pentium 4m @ 1.7 - 2,000Mhz (2.0GHz). The processor is cooled by a professionally engineered cooling fan / heatsink combo. I have also installed Rain 2.0, which is a software-base cooling solution.
Motherboard: This high-quality Intel motherboard features the veritable Intel 845 Chipset, and two 32-bit Type I/II/III PCMCIA slots! (If you insert a Type III card, you must use the bottom slot, as it takes up both spaces). Perfect for your industrial controller software! Also has a serial port and a parallel port. Unit uses a standard PS/2-style keyboard and serial port mice. No keyboard or mouse included. CMOS battery may need to be replaced, on order, if I get it before this laptop sells, I will install it, otherwise I will have it shipped directly to you!

Storage & Memory: A high-quality Toshiba 20-80GB IDE Hard Drive with tons of free space! Drive has been verified with HD Tune software and passed. Unit has 512MB of RAM, the max for Windows 98 Second Edition. Memory checks out fine with Memtest'86.
Multimedia: The system also includes a Sound-Blaster compatible Crystal-based CS4205 SoundMAX 16-bit PCI audio card for a great Windows / DOS gaming experience as well! Digital Audio support. Optical drive and mouse are also installed in DOS mode for loading your vintage DOS games!
Video: Your display will be powered by a dedicated, upgradeable ATI (now AMD) Mobility Radeon M7 7500c Graphics video controller running at 4X AGP which also features external VGA output. The huge, high-resolution 1024x768, 13.3in LCD display panel is generally good condition and very bright and clear. S-Video output, play it on the big screen! Video card supports OpenGL.
Software: Windows 98SE, with all drivers and devices correctly loaded. DOS mode has optical drive drivers loaded. Windows memory managers have been loaded to maximize resources. Classic Norton Utilities and DiskKeeper is installed and has verified and optimized the hard drive. Windows COA is attached to the case. Unit can be booted to a standard DOS prompt for low-level software or gaming! USB DRIVE SUPPORT! (Please remove USB drives when rebooting.)
