Why the battery won't hold the charge or won't work?

  • The batteries were only pre-charged 20%~30% of capacity - Please fully charge the batteries when you receive them, new battery can achieve the best performance after experiencing 3-5 cycles of charge & discharge.
  • The devices need different voltage or current - Please try to use this battery in other types of devices to check if battery work well.
  • The battery was reversed or short-circuited - Please remove the battery from the device, charge the battery to reactivate the batteries.
  • The battery is damaged in transit - Please check if the battery is damaged, bulging or leaking, if so, please stop using.
  • The battery is 3.7V RCR2 battery, it has higher volt than non-rechargeable cr2 battery, please check your device's voltage specification before purchase.
  • 3.7V CR2 batteries should be charged with 3.7V lithium battery charger, or it will cause explosion or other damage.
