Photographs are accurate and are of the actual item you will receive.
All items come from a smoke and pet free clean environment.
Contact - Feel free to contact me with any questions I am always happy to help.
Payment - Paypal payment within three days to avoid any embarassment please; all items not paid for within this time will be automatically relisted and unpaid items reported to ebay. I will however always accomodate unexpected delays if the buyer communicates with me as soon as possible.
Dispatch - In turn I will dispatch promptly next day if I can but certainly within two business days. Exceptions to this are if I am away but this will be noted on the listing.
Postage - Most items are sold without a box however I will ensure every item is packaged properly. I use a reliable courier where appropriate and can provide tracking details if necessary.
Kindly contact me reference combined postage and I will reduce costs where possible.
Once items have been dispatched to the courier I cannot take any responsibility for delays or items getting lost.
Not satisfied - I believe I am a reasonable person and it is important to me that buyers are happy with items received. I treat all buyers fairly and as I would wish to be treated.
