Vintage Womens Sweater Vest By One Step Up, Size Large, Very Good Condition!

Fabric is 55% ramie, 45% Cotton, cardigan style knit with nice large buttons. There are 5” slits on the sides at the bottom for a roomy, comfortable fit. There is a fabric piece on the back for hanging vest on a hook. (See pics).
