Items purchased and paid for by 1pm will be shipped the same working day (or the first working day if a weekend or holiday). Orders after this point will not ship until the following day. We use a number of couriers, including Parcelforce, Yodel, Parcelink, TNT, DPD, Royal Mail and more.
You should assume all items require a signature for delivery. If you don't think you'll be in for the delivery, you could always consider having the item delivered to a friend or family member, or your work address.

If you have not received your item within the time frame quoted, please contact us as soon as possible.
You can return any new and unused item to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of what you have paid us. You will need to pay any return costs to us. Alternatively, we can arrange a collection for you form your home or work - these start from £10 for smaller items up to £50 for larger items.
Most new items come with a 12 month warranty against faulty parts or craftsmanship - those that do not will have it stated in the item description. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion, and cover any reasonable costs incurred by the customer. However, please contact us before acting on any problems, or the warranty will be void.
