If you buy this item you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of Return & Refund outlined below;

1.     I only post to mainland UK i.e. England, Scotland and Wales, I will not post to Ireland or international.

2.     Customers are responsible for checking the condition and checking that the goods are correct before accepting and signing for delivery. 

3.     The buyer must arrange for themselves or some other person to be at the delivery address to receive the item. This is needed as the courier firm will require a signature for proof of delivery. Please make sure who ever accepts the delivery must check the goods for damages and follow the terms as set out above before signing.

4.     When items being delivered, it must be checked at SAME DAY. If the item is damaged, please sign proof of delivery as damaged or refuse delivery and contact me ASAP so I can put a claim in for damages against couriers. If this is not adhered to, this will result in no refund will be given. 

5.     Signing for items upon delivery gives me confirmation you are happy with the item.  I will NOT accept any responsibility for damaged or incorrect items once they have been signed for.

6.     Returned item needs to go through eBay returns to ensure you as buyer and me as Seller are covered by eBay rules and regulations.

7.     Once item is shipped out, the shipping and handling fee is not refundable. 

8.     Customers are to pay postage for any items returned unless an agreement has been made prior to the original delivery. 

9.     Refund will be processed after we receive the item.

10.  Item must be returned same day or next day of receiving the item, otherwise refund will not be accepted.

11.  Item is security tagged/marked/labelled or taped, so please note that under any circumstances should these be broken or removed refunds will not be issued.

12.  No refund for unwanted or incorrectly ordered item.

13.  Packing and postage fees are non-refundable.

14.  Item must not have been used, broken or damaged.

15.  Refund will not be issued for returning different item (than initially purchased), with cleaned/ removed security markings, or tampered with any way.
