PAYMENT: I only accept Paypal with payment due in 7 days.
ITEM CONDITION: YOU the buyer are the expert. No guarantee are given on these items, & most items are sold for collecting purposes. Condition should be based on photos, description, & condition statement. Items are tested for basic functionality but are not tested for full functionality & reliability during prolonged use cannot be verified. Not all flaws can be photographed or described. Please read the listing carefully, do your research, & email with any questions you may have.
PRICING & BEST OFFERS: NO OFFERS unless Best Offer feature provided through eBay is given as an option. Other unsolicited offers will be ignored consistent with eBay policy. Item prices are based on market prices of comparable sales. When the Best Offer provided by eBay is given as an option, those offers can be considered for up to 48 after submission, & YOU will be bound by eBay terms of service to complete purchase if accepted.
RETURNS: If you have a problem or a return, contact me & allow up to 48 hours for a response & before leaving feed back or initiating/escalating a return. The same items must be sent back with return shipping & handling paid by the buyer. No refund will be made without return of the item, & no partial refunds. Use “This item doesn't match the description” or “Arrived damaged” ONLY if this is applicable. ALL fraudulent returns or items received with evidence of buyer modification/repair will be rejected. These items will be held unless arrangements to have the item resent at buyers expense. AS-IS items with stated functional problems do not qualify for ANY return. NO EXCEPTIONS.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: Most items are mailed within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Some items may take longer to process based on packing consternations.
SHIPPING COSTS: Though an arrival estimates may be listed, a variety of shipping options may be used that balance cost & shipping time. Those paying for shipping will get the shipping option they payed for unless that method is unavailable for the specific circumstances. Any item may be dismantled for cost & safe transport considerations. If you need the item fully assembled, arrangements can be made at buyers cost. **Those using a PO Box or outside the Continental United States may incur a shipping surcharge over the final price.** If you have any special requests please contact me.
