Pick up

Local pick up is available. Cash payment can be made at the time of pick up.

Click and Collect

Click and collect orders must be paid in advance by PayPal or direct deposit. The pick up point cannot take payments, they are a holding place only.

Special notes when ordering free post with standard delivery

Australia Post give a timeline of up to six business days for standard delivery items to arrive after posting. Occasionally they take longer than this. Please let us know if your order does not arrive in good time.

Standard delivery isn’t tracked, if you would like tracking please select express post at checkout.

Please note that if you are ordering an item with free standard delivery you must provide a street or PO Box address. Australia Post cannot deliver standard delivery items to parcel lockers. If you would like it sent to a parcel locker address please select express post in the checkout.
