Irregular in size and shape - they vary between 2.5mm & 3.5mm. This is part of their charm!

Made from glass (please note the odd broken/mis-shaped bead its to be expected).

Please be sure to view all pictures carefully to get an idea of size and shape. 

Whilst every effort is take to get accurate colours on the pictures they can sometimes vary from screen to screen. Some colours are also very similar. 

Please note these beads are subject to availability and the colours are often sent through from my supplier with the same name/code but are not the same colour when they arrive. Please check the colour on the pictures carefully before re-ordering as they will have been adjusted accordingly.

These beads can be susceptible to fading/changing colour if exposed to sunlight (if left on a windowsill for instance), cleaning products and chemicals from swimming pools/hot tubs. We will not offer refunds if these beads have been subjected to these chemicals/UV or have been misused in any other way. 

DELIVERY:

In order to provide the best postage service possible I send my items either first class or tracked 48 depending on their value. Each additional item purchased will incur a 20p surcharge to cover the cost of the upgraded service, but will not exceed £3.99 in total. 

Please note that the tracking number provided at dispatch for 1st class parcels is automatically generated by Ebay when I purchase a shipping label and will therefore not work if it is not a tracked service. You may choose a tracked service at checkout if you prefer peace of mind knowing when your items will arrive. 

I have no control over the parcel once it has been dispatched so please be patient for you items to arrive. 

RETURNS:

We trust that you will be entirely satisfied with this product, but if it is not as you expected then you are welcome to return it at your own cost. You will receive a refund for the goods only and not the initial shipping cost providing the item is returned in an unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. 

If the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival we will require photographic evidence to support your case for a full refund.

MISSNG ITEMS:

Unfortunately, missing parcels do occasionally occur. Please check with your neighbours and other members of your household before opening an "item not received" case.  As most items are sent 2nd class (unless otherwise specified and paid for by the buyer) and ask that in normal circumstances you wait 10 days to allow ample time for the item to arrive. Royal Mail states that an item is deemed "lost" if it has not arrived within 10 days. If 10 days has elapsed since the date of dispatch I will refund/replace where possible. I will not refund or replace items if the buyer has not made a claim within 30 days of the sale date as we feel this is a reasonable amount of time to come forward with an "item not received" case.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY:

Unfortunately many of the items I sell do require clear plastic packaging (such as glitter, beads etc), although I do my best to keep this to a minimum where possible. Therefore you are likely to receive your items "loose" in its shipping bag/box with no additional unnecessary plastic packaging. I also kindly ask that you try to recycle your packaging where possible.
