This perfect double act of Chinese Gunpowder Green Tea and Spearmint Leaf evokes the souks of Morocco.
Traditionally drunk in glass teacups with lots of sugar.
A rousing start to the day!
Use 1 teaspoon per cup, freshly drawn water will bring out the finest flavours. Infuse for 2 minutes, but if adding lots of sugar then you can infuse for longer which will make a more traditional brew.
