We resize most of our rings for free. Eternity bands ask for additional work by our setters and we will require an additional fee, depending on your finger size.

A 50% down payment is required to place a jewel on layaway. Send us an email describing the way you will pay and the duration of your layaway.
Once you place a jewel on layaway and have paid the down payment, we will place your order and the jewel will be ready in 2 weeks
Your jewel will be shipped immediately after you have completed the balance payment.

Our goal is to make you happy so if for some reason,you are not completely thrilled with your new jewel and decide and to return it,please notify us within 3 business days and we will treat your request. Once we receive and verify the condition of your return item,we will issue a credit purchase excluding shipping and handling charges. We do accept exchanges on most of our jewels. All documents must accompany the item purchased.
