Vintage cardboard advertising hand fan by Haskell Cottin for "K-T-I Guaranteed Relief for Athlete's Foot, Scherer Drug Company, Rochester, NY."  Printed in USA.  Total length-14.25."  Wooden handle is 11."  Hold-able part is 5 3/8" long.  Cardboard portion is 7" wide X 9" high.  Picture side is of lady's face, appears from 1920's "flapper" style. Shows two staples on that side which attach it to handle.  Shows signs of use and wear. Cardboard is toned and top right corner has been bent.  See photos.  Rich colors for great vintage collectible.  (20-0584)
