You are looking at a VERY RARE VINTAGE TIN METAL 'CANDIDAT' CABRIOLET TOY CAR with DRIVER made by ARNOLD, GERMANY (US ZONE) circa 1950-60's.
As you can see in the photos this nice VTG TIN METAL CANDIDAT TOY CAR comes in good-used condition with some discolorations/scratches-like due to age (please see photos). The metal plate of the car, in general, comes in good condition, considering the age of the car. The inner lithographed tinplate around the seats is very beautiful and clean with vivid colors. The driver (composition driver) and the steering wheel are in good place and condition. The windshield comes in used-good condition, slightly blurry around the V shape in the middle (please check photos).
The under part of the car is clean and marked with:
"MADE IN GERMANY
U.S. ZONE
Arnold
Candidat"
Please note that the KEY of the wind-up mechanism is missing. Also, the front right WHEEL is not the original one. This fine ARNOLD METAL CABRIOLET CAR is sold as an old collectible item. A wonderful toy car reminiscent of the past times.
