We dispatch your orders from Monday to Friday. Purchases made during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Your parcel will be dispatched within 24-48H from order.

We are guaranteed about our products, but in case it does not match your primary vision, you will have 30 days to return it. All items must be in their original condition: they are not worn, are not washed and have all labels.

PLEASE NOTE:

All items carrying our and Diesel labels must be returned just like it was sold originally: with this labels attached. If myLabels label is missing or broken, myLabels remains the right to refuse taking back and refunding for such item, since it's no longer considered as original and authentic piece purchased from myLabels. Any return must be notified to us first and then returned by recorded post within 30 days of receipt.

Responsibility

The cost of returning the item to us is your liability. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using tracked delivery service.  We cannot refund payment for returned items, if they are lost in the post and not trackable or parcel is still at customs.

By eBay rules we must refund the buyer within 3 working days of receiving the item back. We will happily refund your payment of the item, once it has been returned and checked.

The size guide was created to help our customers choose the right size of clothes. Specially for you, we measured all the pants' styles and prepared a list that makes it easier to choose the right size for you. We have also prepared tables in which you will find a list of sizes US, UK, IT so that you can choose the size that you wear every day. How did we do it? The adjustment of trousers and jeans was made by measuring them spread out on a sewing table (flat) without stretching the fabric. Doubling the given dimension is not equal to the circumference, because jeans, due to the different composition of the material, allow for different ductility. If you are not sure what size of pants or jeans Diesel will be best for you, just measure your favorite pants in the waist, hips and thighs in the same way we did it. This will allow you to compare the received dimensions with our tables. The dimensions given in the tables are the dimensions for particular styles and sizes, therefore they can vary by +/- 1 cm depending on the shape of the trousers. However, if you want to be 100% sure that you have chosen a good size - write to us - we will prepare a match specially for you
