Stamped on bottom of both cup and saucer is underglaze whiteware factory marked in green "CA monogram France Depose PATENT DATE 8/15/16

and "C AHRENFELDT LIMOGES " in green overglaze decorating mark Ci. 1894-1930.  As stated in 

Collectors Encyclopedia of Limoges Porcelain 3rd addition by "Mary Frank Gaston"
