DIRECTIONS
Shaker Cup: Using a shaker cup is a quick and convenient way to prepare your protein shake. Pour 200-300ml of cold milk or water into your shaker cup. Add one serving of Whey Protein Isolate. Cover and shake vigorously for 25-30 seconds.

Is this product lactose-free?
No, it is not. Whey Protein Isolate contains very low levels of lactose, that’s why most people who are lactose intolerant are able to safely consume it without any negative side effects. However, we recommend to always consulting with a medical practitioner before taking it.
What is the difference between WPI and WPC?
- WPI contains 90% of protein while WPC has 80%

Once your order has been sent, we will update the tracking code into eBay for easy tracking. Please visit the courier's website to track the parcel. If you think you might not be at home to collect the parcel and have somewhere safe to leave it, please put instructions in 'instructions to seller' when checking out in Ebay.
If you don't receive the products in 5 days, contact us (please do not contact the courier Company).
