DIRECTIONS
Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate (HWPI) is ideally taken two to three times a day, spread throughout the day as part of a quality meal plan. Mix 33 grams (1 scoop) with milk, juice or water. Adjust the amount of liquid to achieve your desired taste and caloric or protein requirements. Best results come from using HWPI as well as other natural protein sources, ensuring every meal provides the body with an adequate protein supply.

Is this product lactose-free?
No, it is not. Whey Protein Isolate contains very low levels of lactose, that’s why most people who are lactose intolerant are able to safely consume it without any negative side effects. However, we recommend to always consulting with a medical practitioner before taking it.
What is the difference between WPI and WPC?
- WPI contains 90% of protein while WPC has 80%
- WPC does work out to be a more cost-effective option when compared dollar per protein gram.
