• I make no claim as to the suitability of any part for a particular purpose.
• Buyer is responsible for determining suitability of parts purchased for the purpose intended.
• Interchange guide should only be used as a guide and never as fact.
• I do not guarantee fitment.
• Final fit and verification is the buyers responsibility.
• Seller is not responsible for buyers’ error or buyer remorse.
• Used merchandise will never be perfect.
• Used merchandise is never in new condition unless described in "like new condition".
• Small scuffs, scratches and normal wear and tear are to be expected.
• Brake dust and wheel weight residue should be expected as well
• Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee
• Orders canceled after shipment or refused is subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost.
• Check your air pressure and balancing on all items prior to installation as air pressure often changes from car to car and whether air was let out for lighter shipping weights.
• If any part of your purchase is damaged or missing when received I must be informed within 48 hours.
• At times center caps can be lost or damaged during shipping.
o If this should happen the center cap will be replaced or refunded.
o No center cap is valued at more than $20.
o Please allow up to two weeks for a suitable replacement to be found.
• I do not have knowledge of the prior history of wheels/tires.
• Tires may have been repaired and/or plugged.
o I disclaim all warranties and makes no representations about the existence or fitness of said plug/repair.
• Tread life estimates are just that----estimates.
• When purchasing a wheel and tire set tires are to be considered free without warranty.
• All wheels, tires, TPMS and center caps are sold as-is with no warranty.
• Refunds will be issued in original form of payment.
• Shipping costs may not be refunded depending on the circumstances of return.
• If you feel that part has been damaged in shipping I will contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
o I must be notified of all damaged shipments within 48 hours.
o Only once the claim process has been completed will I decide what, if any, action is required.
• A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all non-warranty returns and shipping will not be reimbursed.
• Parts must be returned in original condition, not damaged, tampered with or altered.
• Returns must be preapproved.
• Once I receive the part in original condition we will issue a refund in the original form of payment.
• If you would like to order a different part you may use your credit toward the new part but will still be charged shipping.
• No returns on international sales (excluding Canada)
