This is an Architectural Salvage Brass Front Door Pull Handle with Lock Latch
Solid and heavy duty with square back plates on each end. The handle measures 8 1/2" inches tall and the back plates measure 2" x 2 1/4". Some paint does remain on the plates as shown.
