The features the set the Inpulse 500 apart from conventional controllers are the BeatMatching Guide and the Intelligent Music Assistant. The BeatMatching Guide allows you to make subtle changes left or right when mixing songs so you can nudge the track back and forth in increments. The Intelligent Music Assistant helps to pick out the best song to fit the one that’s playing, allowing you to focus on your mixing.

All Returns:
- When returning any item, please contact us for a RMA Number.
- Please pack your returning order into the orginal packaging, and write the RMA Number to the outside of the box.
- If the RMA Number is not attached to the box, this will increase the time before we can refund you.
- If your order is a custom made, under no circumstances can your order be cancelled or return as the item is made to your specifications and can not be sold on.
- Items that are to be returned should be in there original packaging including bags, cardboard, polystyrene holders & protectors, inc all accessories (i.e.remotes, leads, batteries, etc) unless anexception has already been agreed. If you do not include the full contents of the box, we cannot issue you with a full refund, as this product then has to be sold at a reduced price.
Returning Damaged / Faulty Goods:
- If your order is damaged of faulty, please contact us direct to arrange a replacement.

Returning Unwanted Items:

- All Returns must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase date.
