These were purchased at an unclaimed freight liquidation earlier this year, and they are new in the original factory bags.  There will be some minor scratches, since the steel hardware was packaged together with the soft aluminum brackets.  We would have done it differently, but Festo didn't call beforehand to ask what we thought.  Corrosion resistance classification is CRC=2, to withstand moderate corrosion stress.
