Delivery Charges & Despatch Time
Delivery charges within the UK mainland:
We are offering free delivery in Mainland UK on all orders and items.
Despatch time – Same working day on all orders placed by 3:00PM
All orders are dispatched the same working day if orders made by 3:00PM, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Delivery times: Monday – Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm (excluding public holidays)
Saturday delivery starts at £5.99 please contact our customer support team via eBay for further information on this.
DPD and Royal Mail Deliveries
To keep things smooth and easy, your item will be dispatched via Royal Mail or DPD Courier Service depending on the size
DPD Delivery time for UK mainland:
24 hour service (does not include weekends/public holidays)
Total estimated time to your door: 1- 2 working days
Royal Mail 1st Class + Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded deliveries within the UK mainland:
Despatch time – Same Working Day
Total time to your door: 1 - 2 working days (estimate)
Tracking your item: We will always keep you in the know. Tracking information will be automatically uploaded to the order once the order has been shipped.
International Delivery details:
Shipping Cost may apply on overseas orders. Please use the Country checker within the eBay listing for the rate of delivery to your location.
Missing Deliveries and Delays
Please understand that providing the correct address when placing an order is very important to Us and Ebay. Please double check the address as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or delivered to an incorrect address due to the wrong address on the order.
In the event where delivery fails 2-3 times, the courier will return the parcel to us. We will contact you to re-arrange delivery.
Please understand that extreme weather conditions can sometimes delay deliveries.
Please allow time for an item to be delivered (as per the delivery times stated). If an item is taking longer than estimated please contact our customer service team and we will happily assist you.
Returns Policy
Should you need to return any item to us for any reason, please contact us.
Unwanted Goods/Returning an item without a fault
All items sold come with a 30 day cooling off period. If you change your mind please contact us and return the goods unused and in original packaging with all the accessories. for resale within 30 days of receipt. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
A full refund (minus the shipping costs) will be made upon receipt of the returned goods. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted goods.
It is the responsibility of customers to read the condition of the item in full (for example; this item has marks) prior to ordering. The customer would pay for postage back on items that we have listed clearly.
We advise customers to keep a proof of posting certificate/receipt and to use a fully insured service when returning an item under the 7 day cooling off period, so in the unlikely event it goes missing with the courier customers can make a claim with the courier.
Faulty Goods
If any of the goods are faulty upon arrival, please contact us via eBay or on the phone and we will be more than happy to assist with the problem. We will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge. This will be on the basis of a returned item. Exchanging goods If you would like to exchange any items please contact us and we will do our best to get your exchanged items to you.
Changing or Cancelling your order
If you would like to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched we will happily take payment of the extra items and send all items out together. If your order has already been dispatched we cannot add anymore items and you will be required to place an additional order.
If you would like to cancel your order please do so before it has been dispatched. This is usually before 3pm on the same working day.
Payment Policy
We only accept payment by PayPal. If you are having trouble paying this way through eBay then you can contact either PayPal or eBay and they will be happy to assist you.
