2 New AGM batteries installed Sept 2020. New 3-stage charge controller installed Sept 2020. This unit has all of the leg rests and foot rests. Chair swivels @ 45 and 90 degrees for easy getting in and out. Leg rests swing out of the way for loading. Looks and works great.
