  • The latch lever is 80mm long,27 wide and 13mm thick.
  • Manufactured in strong PETG plastic.

Manufacture and materials:

  • The feet are 3D printed, which leaves a texture on the top surface and layer lines on the sides.
  • The plastic used called PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) is a thermoplastic polyester that provides good durability, chemical resistance and excellent formability for manufacturing.

Instructions:

1.      Slide the four feet all the way into the top of a Packout box.  Pre-attached double-sided tape on top of each bump should be facing upwards.

2.      Place the bottom of item to be mounted where you want to align it on the stack. Make sure the feet stay pushed into the top all the way. Then when you get the bottom aligned properly, press down hard to make the tape stick.

3.      Slide the bottom off the stack and all the feet should stick in place. Drill a 6mm hole through each of the holes in the feet all the way through the vacuum bottom.  Then insert the M6 bolts into the foot side and secure with the M6 washer and square nut on the inside of the mounted item.

For solid items such as a worktop, screws and washers are not provided so these would need to be sourced based on the thickness of the item to be mounted.

4.      To align the latch lever, line it up with the bottom of the feet and drill two 4mm holes.  Once you have the screws (you can cut them down to 3/4″), washers, and nuts in place, tighten them down until the lever can just slide back and forth. Move the lever so that the screws are in the centre of the slot and tighten.  If the lever doesn’t latch properly you can loosen the screws and slide the lever to adjust it.

5.      Use a thin thread glue such as Threadlocker to the nuts and bolts for a permanent fixing.
