This is the Dumbo the Elephant 'Under 3 toy' that was given out by McDonalds. It was given out in 1996 during McDonalds Disney Masterpiece Happy Meal promotion. It is about 4" long, made of soft plastic. It is in new in the bag condition. Note that the term "Under 3 toy" refers to a toy that is safety tested for children under 3 years old.
