Delivery

Delivery times across Australia will vary.

Once we have posted the item, it usually takes 2-6 business days to arrive to major cities and metro areas.

Perth and Tasmania deliveries can take up to 4-8 days. WA , NT and other regional areas can take 7-10 business days. All orders will be sent with a tracking number once we have processed and mailed your order. Please allow 3-5 business days us to process and ship the orders.  Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions on the delivery of your product.

Returns

It is very important to us that you have an amazing experience when receiving our beloved products.

If your item is faulty upon receipt due to factory defects or damage during transit, you must notify us as soon as you receive your order and we will gladly exchange the item or issue a 100% refund. This can be done by sending us a message and sending us a photo of the damaged product. We will assess your concern and you will be advised of the next steps.

If you are not satisfied with the product in any way, you may return the product for a refund. When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. Returns without original box will NOT be accepted. 

You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items. All returns MUST be done within 30 days. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 30-day limit has expired. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically sent a 100% refund on your original payment method.
