48V battery box

Product information Before designing the 48V battery box, we had 3s12V, 6s24V, and 7s29V, but many buyers also wanted higher voltage, so we designed this 48V battery box. This battery box is made up of 13 batteries in series. The batteries are installed on both sides of the circuit board. The size of the previous 7s battery box is similar to that of the previous 7s battery box. There is no change in the overall position of the 6s battery. Take a 3000 mA battery for example, a circuit board full of batteries is 48v3ah, and you can stack the number of battery boxes according to your actual needs. We 've got two for you, 20A and 45A. In terms of volume, 45A is much larger than 20A, but the function is similar. If there is no particularly high power requirement, 20A is recommended. The protective plates have the functions of charge and discharge protection, discharge current protection, temperature protection, voltage equilibrium, and balance impulse. Each circuit board has a 15a insurance policy. If one battery has a problem, it will not affect other batteries. Use skills Recently we have found that our battery box products ask a lot of customers, and we don't understand the use of this battery box yet. In the title, 3s means three batteries in series. Only three batteries can be on the circuit board, and the rated output voltage is 11. 1 v. (Full 12.6 V, finish 8.7 V) In the title, 6s means six batteries in series. Only six batteries can be used on the circuit board. The rated output voltage is 22.2 v. (full of 25.2 V, finish 17.4 V), the upper and lower layers are superimposed to increase capacity without changing the voltage. When installing the battery, the orientation of the battery must be the same, and the positive poles of all batteries are facing the same-side. The output power of the battery box is determined by the performance of the battery, and the better the battery performance, the greater the output current. The voltage will change during battery charging or discharge. The protective plate of the product does not have a stable output voltage. The voltage filled by the battery is different from the voltage discharged, so the voltage will change. First, determine the capacity you need. By analogy, if the current is excessive, the battery will heat up or damage. 2, charger must choose constant current charger, can not choose constant pressure power supply, constant pressure power supply will cause the battery to heat up. 3, 3 s needs 12. The 6-volt charger can be filled, and the 6S needs a 25.2 Volt charger to be filled. If the voltage is below this value, it will be dissatisfied.
