Pick ups are unavailable for all items and have kept postage to a minimum for your convenience.

Terms of Sale

All our products are sourced and sent directly from Australian distributors. If unfortunately you may receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days from purchase via ebay messages, and we will rectify the issue immediately. (A replacement or refund will not be issued for misuse or negligence of item). Please note we will request a photo/video of the defective item so we can forward evidence to our supplier, which also enables a faster resolution. If defective item is to be returned please send to the address provided within 7 days of notification, and must be in its original packaging, including any accessories, documentation/paper work that was shipped with the item. Cost involved in the return of the defective item will be the sellers responsibility. Refund will be issued once defective item is returned.
For a change of mind, please contact via ebay messages for a return address and RA number, return cost is the buyers responsibility. Please note: If item was sent with free shipping a 20% restocking fee will be obducted from orginal cost of item. Refund will be issued once item returns to warehouse.
