Shipping Policy for Dog Costumes
We offer free USPS First Class Mail shipping on our dog costumes, this includes delivery confirmation. We also offer Fedex and USPS Priority Mail as additional shipping options at an additional cost. We aim to ship all orders the same day they are received, but during peak periods, we anticipate a processing time of 1 business day for both domestic and international shipments. This means that your order will leave our warehouse within 1 business day after it is placed. For Fedex and USPS Priority Mail, your orders will be shipped out the same day as long as payment is received prior to 12:00pm (Mountain Time), that business day. Please note that orders placed during the month of October may experience a longer processing time due to a high volume of orders.
International Shipping
Delivery time for most international orders is approximately 7-10 business days. However, this estimate does not include the time required for your package to clear customs at your country's borders. Customs-related delays are completely out of our control. For shipments to Brazil, we have seen packages stuck in customs for up to 30 days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for any international orders. We can ship via USPS First Class Mail International, but highly recommend you choose PRIORITY MAIL International due to the tracking that is included with this mail service.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. It is not our responsibility to update your address with the Post Office when you move. When your package is returned as undeliverable, we will issue you a refund less our shipping charges, even if it says "free shipping," but we will waive our restock fee.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation. You will receive a delivery confirmation email and or tracking number, if available. You can track your package by logging into your PayPal or eBay accounts.
Return Policy
The size chart is provided by the manufacturer as a reference. If for any reason, you receive a pet costume that doesn't fit, contact us within 14 days of receipt for a return or exchange.
The total cost you paid for the costume includes freight and all shipping charges are non-refundable. We will deduct our cost of shipping from your return, even if it says "free shipping."
Items being returned must include all original packaging and be free of any pet dander or hair. Failure to remove pet hair will result in the return of the product to you.
Halloween Policy: All sales final on orders placed between October 25th and October 31st are not eligible for return, all sales are final.
Exchanges: Please place a new order for the new size that you need. We cannot hold sizes while awaiting your returned product to arrive.
Restock Fees: We charge a restock fee for all returns of pet costumes. All costumes need to be inspected for pet hair, dander and wear. This fee is calculated at 20% of the full amount of the merchandise. Shipping fees are not included.
