Summary: Comic strip drawing showing Tippie thirsty and heading for a water dish, which turns out to be empty. Tippie gets the attention of a woman who fills the bowl, but while Tippie is distracted another dog comes to drink from the bowl; Tippie attempts to drive off the dog, but when it growls, Tippie is frightened. Then a chicken comes to drink at the bowl, so Tippie chases it; returning to the bowl Tippie finds a frog in it and gives chase again knocking out all the water. Tippie tries to get the attention of the woman again for more water.
