Monday to Friday orders are processed and dispatched the same day before 4pm. Orders Placed after 4pm or on Weekends Saturday & Sunday or National & Bank holidays will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

RETURNS POLICY
Uk orders have a free 30 day return policy. International orders have 14 days and the buyer pays the return cost.
Returns are only accepted for unopened unused items
If you abuse this policy and return an item used, damaged or otherwise in a conduction that's different to how you received it you will NOT receive a refund.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
The global effects of the pandemic are still ongoing and are causing delays at multiple customs across the world. This means that your order could see a delay if caught up in these issues. Please leave an email address for tracking and progress updates if not already part of your Ebay account as a note at checkout. No email, no tracking information.
The delivery service AIM is 3 - 5 days to Europe 10 - 20 days for the rest of the world. This is only an AIM as the many potential delays could impact this AIM.
