This listing is for a Heavy Duty Deep Transmission Pan with 2.5 Quarts Extra Capacity for the 200-4R Transmission with 16 bolt pan and a Cast Aluminum Finish. This pan is designed as a heavy duty, extra capacity replacement for the GM stock pan. This PML deep pan fits many models of rear wheel drive cars with the 200-4R, 4-speed automatic transmission. Above you can see the interior of the 200-4R Deep Pan. This PML pan works with stock filters. Example part numbers are: AC Delco TF234, Fram FT1057B, Fram FT1057C, Hastings TF60, Purolator P1194, Wix 58896. The supports cast into the bottom of the pan hold the filter at the same level as the stock pan. The distance from the bottom of the stock pan to the top of the flange is 2.4 to 2.6 inches. The distance from PML filter supports to the top of the flange is the same. The stock filter is about 4.8 inches tall.  The PML Deep 200-4R transmission pan has a drain on the driver side of the pan. A magnetic drain plug is included with each pan. A boss opposite the drain is for optional temperature sending units, this can be drilled and tapped to accommodate from 1/8 to 1/2 NPT. This can be drilled by you or by us to your desired specifications for an additional $65 USD machining fee.

PML products carry a lifetime limited manufacturer's warranty. Our products have proven to be trouble free since we began making them in 2000. If the pan or cover you receive is determined to have some kind of manufacturing defect (i.e., machining problem, leak due to porosity in pan wall), PML will replace the part. If you sell your vehicle with our part installed, we will honor the warranty with the new owner. If you run a cover or pan into a boulder and it cracks or is damaged, well, there's nothing PML can help you with there. Modifying our products voids the warranty. Our products are designed to fit factory original equipment. However, in some applications, or because of the use of certain factory options and/or after market equipment, there may be clearance or fitment problems between our products and your vehicle components. PML provides dimensions and pictures so you can check your vehicle before ordering. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner and installer to install the part correctly and to ensure that there is no contact between the PML part and other moving or fixed vehicle components.
