Designed by Captain William Symonds as a yacht for the Duke of Portland. Launched June 10, 1831 in Portland. On October 25, 1831, the yacht was bought by the Admiralty and completed as a military brig. During his service, Pantaloon made voyages to the ports of Portsmouth, Lisbon, and the west coast of Africa. Distinguished in the capture of slave ships. In August 1852 it was dismantled at Portsmouth.
This is another interesting sailing ship from Alexander Kustov. The model, although small, is designed for modelers with some experience. Of the peculiarities of the printing, it is possible to note the presence of a copper print at the bottom of the sailboat.
