All shipments from Bells Shoes will be declared to customs at order value. Making Your Return

Please follow the steps below and if you have any queries please contact us.

First, ensure that your return meets our returns terms and conditions below. Open an eBay returns request for your item. You can do this by finding the item in 'Purchase History' in 'My eBay' and selecting 'Return this item' from the 'More actions' dropdown. Package the item(s) together with the returns form in the bag that your order was delivered in. If you have lost or damaged this bag, you can use a similar mailing bag to protect the product(s). Send the return to us. All postal charges are at the cost of the customer and we recommend using registered post. Please keep your receipt and tracking number.

Refunds

We will endeavour to process your return within 1 business day of receipt - if a refund is requested this will be issued immediately but may take up to 5 business days to show on your account information. For refunds to PayPal, PayPal may hold your funds for a short period before they can be withdrawn/used again.


Returns Terms and Conditions

Unworn Returns

We understand that, especially when buying shoes, there is a possibility that you may need to return them. To help you with this, we have a 30 day returns policy for all orders. All we ask is that the product is unworn, has only been tried on on carpeted surfaces and is in re-sellable condition.

Worn Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on non-faulty products that have been worn or used. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept underwear or hosiery that has been removed from its original, sealed packaging. Before wearing your shoes outside please make sure that they fit properly, if you find they don't fit at a later stage we will be unable to offer a refund. Any non-faulty products that are returned to us in a worn condition will not be refunded.

Faulty Returns

We check all orders that we dispatch for quality but we do understand that occasionally the odd order may slip through our stringent checks.

Within 30 Days or Unworn

If you receive a faulty product or find the product to be faulty within the first 30 days of receipt, you should return the item to us using the below returns procedure. Please make sure to note that the product is faulty on the returns paperwork (it's helpful if you tell us what the fault is too!). Please note a return will not be deemed as faulty, until our technical team have checked the item.
