This show, for all you vinyl lovers, and there are a bunch out there judging by the number of you that have responded to my rare and old vinyl radio shows, is a rare vinyl that you will not find on eBay ever.

It is called COUNTRY NEWS  and aired on the JIM BROWN PRODUCTIONS RADIO NETWORK

It was an enormously popular show in its day.

It was composed of FOURTEEN mini shows, one for each day of the week  and featured daily interviews with a name artist for the entire week.  Each side of the lp contained a week's worth of interviews, fourteen in all.

each show was just under three minutes long

There are cue sheets with this show as seen in the listing pictures

You will hear classic interview segments with your favorite artists, the most popular and the most obscure,  in this series.

Following each interview, the station was to run a song of the artist of their choice to complement the interview

THE SHOW WAS HOSTED BY COUNTRY LEGENDARY DJ, CHARLIE COOK

Rare interviews with famous and near famous are always sought after by collectors and the information on each mini show is amazing.

The lp is in very to excellent condition.  There may be some surface scuffs but nothing beyond that to interfere with the sound quality.

This show probably was played during the two weeks covered by each mini show, one track a day, and never again.

It is an enthralling show that will captivate you.  You will be disappointed when it is over.

These mini shows aired the week STARTING JUNE 22, 1987

AND FEATURED HOLLY DUNN, GENE WATSON, EARL THOMAS CONLEY, AND SWEETHEARTS OF THE RODEO

It is a great show and it belongs in your collection.

It is a piece of Americana and history and very rare

You just aren't going to find these shows anymore.  Think of what they will be worth in a few years!  (IF you wanted to sell.)  I am selling to share with other music lovers what I was able to get at a reasonable price

It is a great show and would be a valuable addition to your collection

Good Luck and God Bless You.
