RARE small press advertising/advance for epic poem THE MASK OF COMUS by John Milton and Henry Lawes (music), and THE NONESUCH PRESS NEWS, #1, Sept. 1938. The book (of which the large booklet is an example) is designed by Francis Meynell, ornamented/illustrated by M. R. H. Farrar, and published by the Nonesuch Press, Bloomsbury, 1938, in a limited edition of 950 copies. The main large 4-page booklet measures 10x15 inches. Also includes original mailing envelope. Very hard to find - I can't find any other copies of this online, either available for sale or listed on completed-auction websites.

Condition: VG+ (small edge tear to both pages of the main booklet, and some light wrinkles; the News is EX; envelope has tears and wrinkles).
