How to order

Please place your order and add your text to the comment box on the checkout page or send it to us through a message.

We require the following information:-

Title e.g - The Smiths Family Christmas

Penguin Type and Name e.g - Man A - Tom, Girl B - Lisa

Year (if Required) - e.g 2019

If no title is requested then Our Family Christmas 2019 will be sent as standard. 

We can do families up to 5, but please note the size of the figures will be reduced. 

If you would like one of the designs featured in our collage photos please send over the design name along with your text and figure requirements, if no design is selected then the design featured in the the first photo will be sent as standard. 

We have many different designs for our hangers, please visit our shop for the full range. Bespoke designs are very welcome, please send us a message for details.

Please send the requested information at time of purchase so that your order is not delayed, make sure it is sent through messages or to our email address , make sure you include your order number otherwise we might not be able to match it to your order. Delivery lead time is from receipt of required information.

We will try to accommodate refunds/cancellations but if your product is personalised and has already been made we cannot except refunds (unless we have made a mistake).

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your finished product please contact us, if we feel a refund is justified, refunds will only be provided once the product is returned to us. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and we recommend sending via a signed for service.

We will copy and paste your chosen text from your email onto the engraved item, therefore we cannot be held accountable for any mistakes made by you.

Photos of your items maybe be used for advertising unless specified otherwise.
