Red Rum & The Grand National Commemoratives with Error

A pair of commemoratives for the Racehorse Red Rum and his unbeaten Grand National record. These items were produced with an error as the 1977 win was left off the record. They have since been reproduced with the full record. Only a small number of these originals were produced, making them a very rare addition to any collection.

These high quality, solid metal coins feature intricate detailing throughout with fully embossed designs to both sides. My photos really do not do the items justice - they are beautiful shiny coins without any marks or imperfections. Any marks are caused by the photography lighting, reflections etc - mint condition.

Finished in .999 fine silver and 24ct Gold

These seven sided commemoratives each weigh 8g and have a diameter of 27mm. The last picture is for comparison - perfect to ad to albums and collections.

The last picture is for comparison and shows a Commemorative next to a standard circulated 50p Commemorative .

These are rare items and are only available  in limited quantities.

These items are not legal tender and are sold purely as commemoratives.

Very collectible - an excellent gift idea - perfect for anyone with an interest in Commemorative collecting, the UK Commemorative Hunt etc.

Lots of other coins and medals available in my eBay shop -lease take a look at my other items.

Please ask me a question if there is anything at all that you would like to know.

Thank You
